Notes The establishment expanded their menu from continental breakfast to providing potentially hazardous food items i.e. sausage gravy, omlets, eggs etc... The Livingston County Department of Public Health requested the establishment obtain a food service license. On 4-6-06 a site visit was made to the establishment to determine the level of compliance. See inspection report dated 4-6-06 for details regarding required changes that needed to be made prior to approval for operation. The establishment was granted 30 days to make changes. The maintenance supervisor requested an extention to make all changes. The establishment is in significant compliance with the Livingston County Department of Public and approved for operation. Notes On this date an opening inspection was conducted to determine compliance after a fire at this location. The following items have been completed. All floors, walls, and ceilings have been cleaned or surfaces been replaced. All food to include packaged food have been discarded. All single service items have been discarded. All food contact surfaces have been washed, rinsed, and sanitized. A new 199,000 BTU gas hot water heater has been installed and is operating. In the room were the hot water heater is located the wall surface has been replaced. This location is in substantial compliance with Act 92 and the 1999 Food Code. Prior to opening all approvals must be obtained from the Fire Marshall and all building permits must be approved. At the time of this inspection the establishment was not open for business.
